Photographing this couple was an act of love and friendship.
For a guy who was always fantastic with me, and gave me support and knowledge when I needed it. And when I heard that he had found a perfect girl for him, I was very happy. But when he asked me to photograph them together, because he is an admirer of my photographic style, I felt flattered and honored to witness their happiness.
As I was able to write earlier, shooting an engagement shooting is always a pleasant feeling for me, it makes me happy and I have less work pressure: it’s a job that takes less time, but in reality sometimes takes a lot more concentration, because for the first time I have to tiptoe into a relationship between two people. Finding out what are the common points that two people have, what makes them sweet when they are not in front of other people, and in all serenity, try to pull out that special light that exists in every relationship, but it belongs to the private sphere.
As a destination wedding photographer I love traveling, I love to see new places and meet people from all over the world, but above all, I love to discover those little hidden and magical places. Just those that make special and unique engagement photos.
For example, this time, the fantastic Temple of Valadier, in Genga, Le Marche, just near the most famous Grotte di Frasassi (another magnificent and magical place). A beautiful engagement portrait requires curiosity, a desire for tenderness, a pinch of psychology, and a lot of relaxation.
Le Marche, in Italy, hides hidden secrets that are those who have the desire and the passion for the trip is destined to discover.
To create a styled photography report, curiosity is a necessary part of my work, and to harmonize my couples in the chosen location, a mission that I accomplish with a lot of love.
And if I did not believe in love, in all its forms, how could I, after so many years, still be happy to be a wedding photographer?
